All Seasons Guide Service is owned and operated by Capt. Mike Powell.
Who has been a licensed guide since 1983.
Based out of Victoria, Texas.
We provide service to all of South Texas and the Texas Hill Country.
We currently have access to over 175,000 acres of managed ranches
to hunt and are adding new properties all the time.

Trophy Whitetails

We have access to several ranches that are under game management
these ranches are producing good numbers of trophy class bucks.
Listed below are just a few of the ranches we are going to be
harvesting deer this up coming 2008/2009 deer season.
These ranches offer great accommodations, and meals, and some
of the best whitetail deer hunting you will ever find.

Rio Vista Bluff Ranch

Hunt Trophy Whitetails on over 2800 acres of managed low fenced property.
Rio Vista Bluff Ranch wins Texas Big Game Awards in Region 7 year after year.
The large surrounding managed properties and good land management
allows bucks to reach trophy class age.
The ranch is mainly covered with Live Oaks and Mesquite.
And most hunting is done from blinds, or on the ground stalking and rattling.
This ranch consistently produces trophy class bucks
that gross score 130-150 B&C.
We can a sure you that you will have a 100% shooting opportunities
on 130 class B&C bucks.
You will see 15 or more bucks each day guaranteed.
The hunting is just that good.
And once you have taken your buck you may harvest one doe.
(If the harvest quota has not been reached.)
Or you may harvest a hog or two if there are no doe permits available.
All hunts are guided one on one with a guide that knows the ranch and the deer. The new 3200 sq. ft. lodge on the ranch has six private rooms with baths.
A spacious deck to set around and visit about the days hunt and relax.
The ranch also has great fishing on the Guadalupe River.
And has its own private stocked tanks as well.

Trophy Hunts: Rates: 3 day hunt package $3750.00
These bucks normally gross score between 130-150 B&C Includes:
3 full days of hunting, accommodations, meals, care of your game and transportation of your trophy to a qualified taxidermist.
Mature Buck Hunts: Rates 3 day hunt package $2750.00
These bucks normally are 8 -10 points and score between 110-130 gross B&C. Includes 3 full days of hunting.
Management Hunts: These bucks normally have 6 to 8 points
One Buck and one Hog a great way to get your kids involved in hunting.
Rates: 2 Full Day hunt package $2250 Includes:
2 full days of hunting, accommodations, meals , care of your game
and transportation of your trophy to a qualified taxidermist.

The Livingston Ranch is located near McFaddin ,Texas in Victoria County.

About The Ranch

The Livingston Ranch is family owned and operated.
Consisting of 2500 acres of managed low fenced property.
The terrain is broken with draws and covered with mesquite and live oaks.
It is home to incredible amount of whitetail deer,
seeing 10-15 bucks or more a day is common.
Our success ratio is a 100% so harvesting a mature buck won't be a problem.

This ranch consistently produces trophy class bucks that gross score 120 to150 gross B&C. Once you have harvested your buck you may continue your hunt by taking a whitetail doe. ( If the harvest quota has not been reached.)

Or you may harvest an extra hog if there are no doe permits available.
Most of the hunting is done from comfortable tower blinds that allow you to observe the deer without disturbing them.
At times we will spot and stalk especially when rattling conditions are favorable.
All hunts are guided one on one.
Our guides know the ranch and the deer on it.

The newly remodeled ranch house sleeps eight hunters comfortably.
We have fire pit outside to gather around on those chilly Texas nights and visit about the days events.
The ranch also offers some great wing shooting for doves and waterfowl on a 50 acre wetland project and can be added or combined with a deer or hog hunt, seasons permitting.

Trophy Hunts: 3 day hunt package $3250.00
Includes: One mature buck, one hog and one doe. 1 on 1 guide service, lodging and meals, skinning and quartering of your game and transportation of your trophy to a qualified taxidermist.
Management Hunts: 2 day hunt package $2250.00
Includes: One buck & one doe or hog . 1 on 1 guide service, lodging ,meals, skinning and quartering of your game and transportation to a qualified taxidermist.
These bucks normally have 6 to 8 points and are great hunts to get your kids involved in hunting.
Additional Days Hunter : $400
Non Hunter: $200

LIVINGSTON RANCH HOG HUNTS

Hog Hunts: 2 day hunt package $750 Includes up to five hogs, transportation while on the ranch, baiting of blinds and accommodations.
You provide your meals and care of your game.

All Inclusive: 2 day Hog Hunt $1250 Includes meals and care of your game plus all the above package.

What to Bring

An accurate rifle you are accustomed to shooting with good optics.

We will be conducting management hunts on these ranches.
The bucks harvested on these hunts are
normally 8 points scoring from 100 -130 gross B&C inches.
After your successful hunt for your buck you may also harvest one hog.
These are full service hunts that include your guide, meals, lodging.
Skinning and quartering of your game.
The 3-Day Hunt Package is $1500.
Includes 1 Buck scoring up to 110 B&C and 1 Hog.
Bucks scoring above 110 gross B&C have an additional charge as follows.
