There is NO need to add anymore oil to the system.

On HFC-134a systems, DO NOT charge the system by the sight glass.
When properly charged, the sight glass in a 134a system will still show milky.

In the event you need to change the oil in your compressor or you have a problem in not knowing the amount of oil in your Compressor this is what Sanden recommends.
Sanden recommends 7.2 +/- .5 oz of PAG/SP 20 oil in their HFC-134a compressors.
Drain compressor overnight before filling to ensure proper oil level.
